Teriyaki Hale brings bold, welcoming island flavors to the heart of Utah. What started as a family-run festival food booth has grown into a full island catering experience built for fairs, corporate events, church gatherings, weddings, and private celebrations.

We specialize in flavorful teriyaki chicken, thinly sliced beef, and Kalua pork served with our signature sides and house-made sauces. Our famous Hale Lava Sauce — a creamy, spicy blend inspired by island heat — has become a crowd favorite at festivals and events alike.
